In 2011, the HOBY Rhode Island seminar hosted 40 Rhode Island high school sophomores, and over 30 volunteers, elected officials and business leaders at Roger Williams University from Friday, June 10th through Sunday, June 12th, 2011.
HOBY programs provide youth selected by their schools to participate in unique leadership training, service-learning and motivation-building experiences. In 2012, HOBY Rhode Islandwill hold the seminar at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. The seminar is tentatively scheduled for June 8-10, 2012.
