• 50%+ of alumni go on to hold leadership roles in schools, communities, or professional organizations.

• Alumni from the past 15 years have become Fulbright Scholars, entrepreneurs, doctorate holders, and professionals at top global consultancies.

“Through HOBY, I learned that leadership isn’t just one thing….everybody is a leader in their own way. If I hadn’t come to HOBY, I wouldn’t see what other people have seen in me when they say I am a leader and someone who stands up for others. This weekend really gave me an opportunity to see it in myself.”
